Dr. Reddy’s Purchases 8 Drugs From Teva Pharma


Dr. Reddy’s has announcing purchasing 8 new drugs from Teva Pharmaceuticals, in a deal worth about $350 million. Dr. Reddy’s believes the move will help strengthen its business in the United States. Several of the acquired drugs are generic products, one of which has already been approved by the FDA. The deal is still awaiting regulatory approval from the US Federal Trade Commission, because several of the drugs purchased from Teva originated from the Teva-Allergan deal.
