Actavis Sued Over Generic Skin Drug


Actavis is being sued over its application to produce a generic version of the LEO Pharma’s Picato topical gel. Picato is used to treat a skin condition called actinic keratosis. LEO Pharma, a Danish firm, filed the lawsuit in the US Distrcit Court for the District of Delaware.
